Return Policy
Due to the nature of all products here at Mint Made Artisan Soaps, and Mintmadeskincare.com, most sales and purchases are final. I cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to things like change of mind or not liking a smell. I use natural ingredients for nourishment and only essential oils for smell, so with that should come the expectation that you won't get any artificial perfume like fragrances that are popular among prominent brands. Exchanges, and some very specialized refunds are an exception, however, and I am happy to help find a specialized solution for your unique circumstance if certain issues arise that are out of your control. I truly want you to be satisfied with your purchase and I'm always open to hearing feedback and concerns, should they arise.
If something arrives broken, please email mintholisticesthetics@gmail.com and include the order # and photos of the product, and any other additional necessary details.
Every product is made in small batches for the best possible quality, as well as without any preservatives, chemical ingredients, and unnecessary additives, so for best results and quality, use products within 6 months of purchase. All ingredients are listed on each product page. Please check all ingredients prior to purchasing, to see potential allergens and contraindications. Scents are all from pure essential oils, which is a limited category option, and I do my best to utilize essential oils in safe doses, with desirable scent profiles and combinations, and I do not use any chemical fragrances. To maintain the freshness and integrity of all products, avoid adding anything, including water, and store it in a cool, dry place. I recommend storing all skincare products in the refrigerator if possible.
It is essential to conduct a patch test prior to using any of my products. For those who have acquired several skincare items, it is advisable to incorporate them slowly and individually into your skincare regimen. Should you encounter any adverse reactions, stop use for a minimum of one week before undertaking another patch test and attempting to reintroduce the product.
